Omega-3 fatty acids have been extensively studied and have shown to offer profound implications for health, particularly for cardiovascular, joint function and inflammation.
Extensive research supports the positive impact of omega-3 fatty acids on heart health, with evidence suggesting they help reduce triglyceride levels, lower blood pressure, and promote arterial health (Kris-Etherton et al., 2002).
